QIPAJI TERMS OF SERVICE

• Upload malicious code or interfere with platform operations
• Use Qipaji to promote harmful, deceptive, or prohibited products/services

You are responsible for:

• Your affiliate program structure
• Compliance with tax and financial regulations
• Ensuring lawful marketing practices by your affiliates

6. Affiliate Relationships

Qipaji is not a party to agreements between:

• Businesses (“Merchants”) and
• Affiliates (“Partners”)

You are solely responsible for:

• Setting commission structures
• Paying affiliates
• Resolving disputes with affiliates

Qipaji may provide tools for payouts but does not guarantee payment execution unless explicitly stated.

7. Payments and Fees

Qipaji may charge:

• Subscription fees
• Transaction fees
• Platform usage fees

All fees will be clearly communicated.

You agree:

• To pay all applicable fees on time
• That fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise

You are responsible for:

• Taxes (VAT, withholding tax, etc.)
• Compliance with local financial regulations

8. Payment Integrations

Qipaji integrates with third-party payment providers.

You acknowledge:

• These services are provided by third parties
• Qipaji is not liable for payment failures, delays, or errors

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the past 3 months.

• Your affiliate program
• Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of: Kenya

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.
